What do you do to close my pool?

Removal and safe storage of removable pool accessories, including ladders, handrails, return fittings, skimmer baskets, plugs, and other in-season components
Addition of customer-provided winterizing chemicals to help protect water quality and reduce algae growth during the off-season
Lowering the pool water to the appropriate winter level based on the pool, cover, and equipment requirements
Blowing out accessible plumbing lines to remove standing water to prevent freeze damage
Plugging accessible return lines, pressure fittings, skimmers, suction lines, and other plumbing openings using the appropriate winterizing plugs and protection devices
Gently rinsing and cleaning filter tanks, pump baskets, and accessible equipment components. More extensive filter and equipment deep-cleaning services are available separately
Installing the winter cover and adjusting it to provide a secure, proper fit across the pool
Any recommendations for repairs, replacements will be noted and can be scheduled with the office for a future return date
